This summer discovery program is developed for children 6 to 12 years of age.
The participants learn about Zion Park through hands-on activities, games, hikes, and lessons.
Topics vary and range from plants and animals to geology and archeology.
The program is available from May 25th to August 24th. Two sessions are offered daily:

(Schedule is subject to change, check with the park for the possible changes).
The sessions are held at the Zion Nature Center, 1/2 mile north of the southern entrance to the park.
(Private vehicles are allowed to Nature Center any time of the year).
A parent or guardian must register children. 30 minutes before the start of the session.
The registration fee is $2.00 per child.
Many activities are outdoors, so dress comfortably and wear close-toe shoes; no sandals.
