Hidden Canyon of Zion National Park

The trail starts at the Weeping Rock shuttle stop. If you are taking this trail in summer, it's better to start early in the morning, before 9 a.m., to be able to make the first part of the trail while it is shaded from the sun. About two hundred feet higher, the trip splits in two: the trail to the left would take you to the Observation Point; to reach the Hidden Canyon you need to take the right trail. While going up along the East rim of Zion Canyon, enjoy the magnificient views of the canyon:

Soon the trail becomes rather narrow and steep, the chains attached to the wall help you pass through the dangerous parts:

Finally the trail becomes wide and easy: you have entered the Hidden Canyon!

While going along the Hidden Canyon, don't miss the free-standing natural arch (on your right): it's not large, but quite a formation anyway:

As you go deeper and deeper into the canyon, the trail becomes narrower and harder to walk. You can go as far as the trail lets you to, enjoy the nature on your way!
